I always force central, this was a very rare occurence to me, though back when I forced west it happened multiple times a week
This is always a risk if you limit the pool of players the matchmaker has to pull from.

id still rather get this once a month than play lower quality games overall, central high mmr hl playerbase is much better overall than west
