It seems to happen at extremely high mmr instead of average. Aka forcing you into a 50/50 winrate
Are you still forcing Central or is it on Best Match? Excluding game sites makes it harder to pull in the right people, especially offpeak.

I always force central, this was a very rare occurence to me, though back when I forced west it happened multiple times a week

This is always a risk if you limit the pool of players the matchmaker has to pull from.

I find it that when i queue best match i end up in these situation way more. I get a 1000 sec queue that ends up west while a central q pop.

agreed, since forcing central instead of west or best match my game quality has been much better overall, best match usually just gives west
