Slightly more toxic, less queue time
What about game/skill quality? Because toxicity isn't a matchmaker metric, that has to be dealt with differently.

No difference for me in either of those, at least as far as I can tell. To clarify, I'm talking strictly Hero League here.

I feel like the game quality has been awful in master. It's literally unplayable

I wouldn't say unplayable, but would definitely think the difference will hit in once new season starts and ppl have stuff to level 5
