He has TWO abilities that proc the 75 armor, he should always have a heal ready once my stun is back up. you cant even bait the heals out

a good Uther will hold his heals until he sees follow up damage coming, I feel like the duration of the 75 armor should be lowered.

Duration is definitely a good tuning knob though. It still hints at wanting to murder the CC target though instead of swapping targets.

imo you should either tweet the amount of armor, maybe only 50, and what procs it, for example I don't think taunt should proc

yes that's what it is currently, what I'm saying is that it could be lowered to 50 to help balance
