yes that's what it is currently, what I'm saying is that it could be lowered to 50 to help balance
Numbers can always be tweaked, I'm just trying to understand what the complaint is and if it's legitimate or tunnelvision :P

stuns,silences,roots, and taunt on anybody besides uther rewards them with a lvl 20 talent called hardened shield at lvl 7?

For sure some number tweaks will balance it out a lot though I agree. Uther just counters draft way too much currently.
