      He has TWO abilities that proc the 75 armor, he should always have a heal ready once my stun is back up. you cant even bait the heals out

      a good Uther will hold his heals until he sees follow up damage coming, I feel like the duration of the 75 armor should be lowered.

      I'm just glad that in my games, damage is too spread out for Uther's long cd heals to be mega strong.
