a good Uther will hold his heals until he sees follow up damage coming, I feel like the duration of the 75 armor should be lowered.

Duration is definitely a good tuning knob though. It still hints at wanting to murder the CC target though instead of swapping targets.

imo you should either tweet the amount of armor, maybe only 50, and what procs it, for example I don't think taunt should proc

It's a win win for the Uther team because either you give someone 75 armor and they survive or the target walks away with no threat.
