So Uther just used his really inefficient mana high CD heal on that target, doesn't that count as a favorable trade?

He has TWO abilities that proc the 75 armor, he should always have a heal ready once my stun is back up. you cant even bait the heals out

a good Uther will hold his heals until he sees follow up damage coming, I feel like the duration of the 75 armor should be lowered.
