Doesn't Stitches hook count as a stun? I guess bile and slam slow.

Stitches hook stuns for 0.1s when the hook hits, I don't think that player's will be able to reliably preheal the hook given the delay on Q

does the hook stun for the entire duration of the drag? also stitches comps are usually built with follow up CC

That's what I thought too psalm. Whenever you hook someone the word "Stunned" is over their hero from the start of the hook til the end.
