the argument is much much harder to kill targets without any lockdown, 0 skill required to heal cced target

if for example the duration of the 75 armor buff was only say, 1 second, or .75, it would take skill and timing to use properly

need to have skill like a medivh shield, react to the damage coming in.

So is the ultimate concern the duration?

i dont like the talent working on stun roots and silences, feels like 2 would be enough, but duration is the biggest thing by far

You give up Cleanse, it doesn't give unstoppable. It doesn't affect % damage. His entire niche is burst heal. CC is not the only way to kill

There is solid draft counterplay from picking compositions that do not rely on lockdown to burst someone, think Johanna, Stitches and Tyrael

The talent might be overtuned, and I liked the idea of lowering duration on extra armour if so, but design wise I like it a lot
