need to have skill like a medivh shield, react to the damage coming in.

So is the ultimate concern the duration?

i dont like the talent working on stun roots and silences, feels like 2 would be enough, but duration is the biggest thing by far

So sort of a side-convo but in the past folks complained about things dying in a CC train, this disables that burst combo. Now that's ok?

so like medivh for example has counterplay, since it's 1.5 second duration, you wait it out and keep ccing

Or you hit another target, right?

yes and no, 1.5 seconds is short enough to play around and continue cc chaining

uther though, his best counterplay is to not fight. you basically have longer AOE medivh shields
