if for example the duration of the 75 armor buff was only say, 1 second, or .75, it would take skill and timing to use properly

i dont like the talent working on stun roots and silences, feels like 2 would be enough, but duration is the biggest thing by far

so like medivh for example has counterplay, since it's 1.5 second duration, you wait it out and keep ccing

yes and no, 1.5 seconds is short enough to play around and continue cc chaining

uther though, his best counterplay is to not fight. you basically have longer AOE medivh shields
