So what happened that brought Kael'thas back into the meta? He's being picked up a lot lately and I'm curious what the reasoning is.

Makes sense, just a bit amusing because meta has been melee heavy for ages but he only just now showed up. No stun meta helped I guess?

It's more melee now than ever. 3 Tanks + melee support isn't uncommon. Other DPS being banned out also factors in.
