Interestingly if I switch orb to insta too, then it will always fire but missiles sometimes won't. Sorry last one, hope it helps!
Hmm, I play tons of Li Ming and never had this issue with Quick Cast. Are you right clicking a lot between casts by any chance?

Yeah, with ptr Kerrigan right clicks can't seem to cancel casts anymore with QC, still can with ming though from what I tried

Obviously trying a bit harder than normal with ming for testing, but I can easily reproduce with settings I mentioned above
