      If you don't have the ability you don't have it. Imagine increasing creep range at 10 bc Nydus might happen.

      sorry small caveat, even in death still gives you the bonus dmg, but you can't use abilities

          you can upgrade sanc after casting, and you get dmg amp and duration as well
