lower her cast times, she gets so vulnerable against most of the heroes until "byebye!" talent. it's so hard to stay in the fights.

I do Timewalker's Pursuit since 15 globes is quick and damage on both Q&W. +100 dmg on Q earlier might be a bit scary.
