Lets nerf the Balance and not buff the feral... Again? Its okay to nerf the Moonkin but what the hell, do you even remember that there is a Feral dd specc on the druid?

they don't do class reworks during expansions anymore, stated that some time ago and I think that's what Feral (and Enhance) needs atm
