.@Warcraft selling mounts in the store is a good thing, because it helps keeps subscription costs low.
It helps with adding more people to Team 2 and to Blizzard in general to support all of their teams.

If you figure an expansion every two years and no lapse in sub you pay almost $200 every year to play WoW. To then be sold a $25 mount that sometimes has a unique model unobtainable in game upsets them.
I'm curious, is it better to have a unique mount exclusive to a limited collector's edition or give folks an opportunity to obtain it separately through a storefront? Exclusivity seems to have different reactions depending on where you get it from even if they both cost money.

Oh I think the way the CE mounts were handled is great. I've always been a fan of the option to buy the digital rewards even if you miss out on the physical unit. I'm just talking about from what I've understood the complaints as being about.

Personally I think this scenario is an exception and people are missing that point in the general criticism when it comes to store mounts.
