Yeah, can't really turn the volume high enough to get actual peace. It's just the nature of the beast. Some days I can focus through it, other days I get distracted by every single convo around. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

On the flip side, if your team is very organic in nature it's probably the best way to stay in tune with everything going on so for someone like me it can be extremely useful at times

I tend to do this at work, but leave one ear uncovered that way i can still appear approachable and hear things that are happening around me.
