It's so disheartening that these days, spewing vitriol under the guise of "providing feedback" is so prominent. The ability to provide actionable, constructive and valuable feedback is a skill that takes time to cultivate but if you can master it, everyone benefits.

Worth noting that the more times feedback is ignored the worse it's going to sound in the future - just normal human nature. People get pissed when they give warning and catastrophe happens anyway.

remember all those times we provided feedback on how to fix the game and then after 2-3 years nothing happened & hgc got shut down? we remember.... or do we discuss the summits that occurred where you invited pro players to give feedback then completely ignored everything #2.0

The ability to sift through all the "vitriol" in order to find the feedback that is actually helpful is also a skill that makes everyone benefit. It's so disheartening when companies ignore the useful feedback of others and adopt a "We know better than everyone else." attitude.
