I’ve been playing Blizz games since D2(all of them since) but Heroes is special. This news was hard to hear. But I’m going to continue to play the game I love and I hope the dev team continue to bring the passion they have so far. 1/2

The outrage is because people do love HotS. People love the idea of what Blizzard is to them. I feel a lot of what has happened lately flies in direct opposition of that

In fact 1/2 was enough I’ll leave it there. Fantastic game made by fantastic people and I just want it to do well.

Won't forget HotS and what it did for me in the last few years. Thanks for all you did, hope you end up in something you enjoy doing when the dust settles.

I think many errors were made with HOTS. Launched too soon, 2.0 payment model, lack of clarity (brawler?/moba?), too few tutorials for new players, lack of overall depth. Like D3, it will only shed players now.

What happened yesterday isn’t a indictment on Heroes of the Storm, it’s a reality that bites, and it’s even harder to accept because all we got was a farewell blog post.
