Next patch, i need this in my life : -Either buff some support or nerf to the ground the current op one (Tyrande/Cain/Malfurion) -Add more maps to HL (it's the off season, let us test some maps) -XP changes on PTR

It's hard to keep sending feedback when nobody takes the time to let you know that the feedback was receive and/or read. Also, when feedback is receive and people goes in different directions, its not great.
That's because we receive feedback from lots of sources and sometimes the result will be different from your suggestion, that doesn't mean the feedback isn't valuable. As for not getting confirmation that it was received, you're right that's not good so I'll follow-up.
