There has to be a great deal of data that suggests Blaze is a poor hero at lower levels of play. He received a pretty significant buff while Dehaka's global is nerfed. Odd, very odd. #HGC

Can i just suggest that Blizzard ask pros about this stuff more actively to help get good changes quicker?
Pros have a direct line to the dev team and we actively encourage them to send in feedback on anything they want to discuss, we read anything that comes our way.

after talking to a couple of pros just now, it seems like they would like more than just an email address to send suggestions, and maybe have a discord or smthing where blizz devs can ask pros specific questions such as "how do we make blaze a main tank"
