The intention is that early game, they are worth a little less but late game they are worth more.

Thanks, don't feel like that's what was communicated by the notes. Also, these values seem simple enough (flat plus value per minute) that it's reasonable to put the exact numbers in the notes

Since the payload isn't very strong early, removing the early XP of camps actually takes away anything interesting about the map early. Was the snowball effect of having a jungler that noticeable?
