You know, we tried doing that and all we got were 3000 second queues, minor regions unable to play for a week, lots of links to blue posts that completely missed the point, and nothing actually fixed. What's to say if we do that this time things will be different?
You're in the unique position as a professional HGC player to directly contribute to the feedback loop that improves these systems. If you truly want things to be different, I recommend using the tools at your disposal.

As I see it, my tools are: 1. E-mail (used) 2. Angry tweets (used) 3. Having players message you (used) 4. Talking in person (used) 5. Sending in detailed screenshots, clips, how-to guides, links (used) What else can I do here?

1. This is your primary tool, continue to use it 2. Tweets don't need to be angry, they just detract from your message 3. I pass things on when there is enough information to do so but #1 is the correct avenue 4. Great option whenever possible 5. Continue to do this too
