You know he won't get Diamond players but if you actually want this investigated to see if something is wrong with the matchup, you need to send in the information in to HGC Administration. Time, Game Site (anyone forcing?), List of Players in the Game and Map are all helpful.

You know, we tried doing that and all we got were 3000 second queues, minor regions unable to play for a week, lots of links to blue posts that completely missed the point, and nothing actually fixed. What's to say if we do that this time things will be different?

You're in the unique position as a professional HGC player to directly contribute to the feedback loop that improves these systems. If you truly want things to be different, I recommend using the tools at your disposal.
