Malfurion's new level 1 talent literally gives him negative health regen. The healing seems to inform me that Blizz hates him. < I fixed it :3
The regen you gain is meant to scale so it would be more than 11 but as other Alex mentioned, it's not exactly working as it should be right now.

So the only bug is the +5 scaling (4%) per level? What is it doing right now? Also, does Malf get an extra +5 from putting it on himself?
