@azgaz What is live ops/live design exactly? I am guessing live ops is making sure things don't explode, is live design things like general system polish or other QoL features?

Live Op(eration)s is essentially release management, live service monitoring, patch/hotfix/service update deployment and basically trying to to ensure service availability so the player experience isn't impacted. (1/2)
Live Design focuses on balancing the game (balance updates, gameplay updates, reworks, etc) (2/2).
