I respectfully disagree. In order to make his q build work you have to take tidal waves at 7 and cleanse is a must take in high level play. only thing rehgar had going for him was cleanse & ancest, you don't take him for damage/w build
These changes make baseline Q better so net healing output is up. But again, play with it first, you seem to have made up your mind already.

As a support main all we've seen is nerf after nerf to supports over the last year making them less impactful and less fun overall as a whole to play while we continue to get over powered assassins with huge mobility and everything else in their kits.

So it's not farfetched to assume nerfing the best parts about him isn't going to work out well long term, the frustration is because this keeps happening, definitely will play him after work today but I am not holding my breath for a positive outlook
