you can't deny that he's taken a significant hit to his kit and play style and not for the better :(
And these are net buffs, I think you're going to see way more Rehgar now. You should be rejoicing!

I respectfully disagree. In order to make his q build work you have to take tidal waves at 7 and cleanse is a must take in high level play. only thing rehgar had going for him was cleanse & ancest, you don't take him for damage/w build

These changes make baseline Q better so net healing output is up. But again, play with it first, you seem to have made up your mind already.

so honestly I wouldn't be surprised if we see him less. The 3 things that made rehgar a semi viable support are now all gone (waveclear, bulk single target healing, and his extra movement speed) , why pick him when we have stukov, malf, or old man deckard at this point :(
