      Fenix level 4 talent Target Acquired says that Fenix gains movespeed when attacking a slowed hero (from any source) with his attack speed w active, however currently Fenix only gains movespeed if the hero is slowed by his q.

      Thanks, we have eyes on these already except maybe the Valeera one unless I'm misunderstanding it. Can you please send the replay to HGC Administration so they can pass it on? You can always do that with any bugs you find so we can directly investigate.
