I tried uploading a short 13 second video in 4K using the same format. It's also stuck on 360p.

Hmm, could you file a feedback report with these steps: https://goo.gl/1ckkO5 ? While every individual report may not get a direct response, we do review everything and use the details to investigate and fix issues.

This affects me as a creator as I’m now penalised due to your system not processing my videos properly. I’ve been making videos the same way for 2 years as I stayed originally. So it’s no problem on my end.

Thanks, I sent a contact request. How long must I wait for a response? Because I’m missing out on views for every hour that I’m unable to post new videos. This is really affecting my channel.

I have a theory. I bought a new 4K monitor.. would this affect my rendering software? I use Vegas Pro 14, and haven’t altered the settings. The resolution of the rendered video matches my new monitor.

As my previous monitor was a 75hz 1080p monitor and my new one is a 60hz 4K monitor. Maybe that’s why the videos won’t process into 4K on YouTube? Just a theory, though.

Um.. Something really strange happened. I re-rendered the video into 1080p60 and it worked.. However, the video itself seems to be broken. Both on PC and Mobile (and to other people) it seems to only display the video; no description, title or related videos.pic.twitter.com/EdNN2EwfMh

My original video which I uploaded 28 hours ago is now viewable in 4K, while the 13 second test video is still stuck in 360p which is still odd but at least I can publish the song now :)

There is an ongoing issue on the video quality rendering in higher resolution. Our team is looking into it. Appreciate your patience in the meantime.
