The agent at Wylie that Binya introduced me to was Sarah Chalfant, but it’s important to note that Wylie works as a team between New York and London, and when they say team, they really mean it.

My point agent is Jacqueline Ko in the New York office, who is utterly fantastic and one of the best work partners I could have ever asked for. In the London office, it’s the equally phenomenal Alba Ziegler-Bailey and Ekin Oklap.

There are so many brilliant others, such as Jackie’s current assistant Kristi Murray, because again, this is a genuine team effort. My experience with Wylie has been stellar—they’ve been extremely protective of me and my God, I really need that. This industry can be so violent.

I’m forever grateful that Binya connected me to them. It wasn’t until recently that I discovered you apparently can’t query there? So his introduction meant more than I even realized at the time.

I will say that in the last years, I withdrew from my relationship with Binya because he was espousing harmful views I couldn’t support. Just want to hold space for that because I know people were harmed and that’s important to recognize.
