I don’t have insurance and developed cough-variant asthma last summer around the same time I was getting surgery. It took forever to diagnose, luckily I was able to get it identified before my insurance ran out in the fall. I use two inhalers, one twice daily and one for rescue.
I also drink a ton of mullein tea daily to treat it and added air purifiers to my house. I’d do a mold test but can’t afford that right now. Maintaining flesh is such an ordeal, I swear.

I’m going to look into this tea. I also get a biologic drug injection monthly bc my asthma is eosinophilic, I have an immune system disorder called hyper eosinophilic syndrome; the injection copay is $1000 a month but patient assistance covers it bc otherwise there’s no way.
