I believe the TOTAL supply of Ethereum has 'topped out' and will never be above 120-121M tokens. I also believe the burn will delete at least 1% of the supply per year for the coming years. I think the price of $ETH will surpass $15k sometime in 2025...

Overall, EIP-1559 was a major upgrade to the Ethereum network that has had significant BULLISH implications for the tokenomics of ETH. It made Ethereum more attractive to institutional investors and has led to a resilient price in this bear market...so whats my predictions?

But, the security risks mentioned did not outweigh the benefits of the upgrade. Also, at the time the Ethereum community knew the Merge was coming and that PoS would alleviate many security dilemmas regarding miners. Quite the exciting time for the Ethereum community.

Now, there were some people who were skeptical of EIP-1559 and its potential impact on the network. Some argued that it could lead to centralization or that it didn't go far enough in addressing Ethereum's scalability issues. Also, some never believe the flippening will happen 🤔

The flippening is another strong belief of mine. If $ETH remains this deflationary, I will be even more confident in a bull market a flippening will occur. The current ETHBTC ratio is around 0.068, I think around 0.16 the flippening will occur. Not too far off.

I (and many others) believe this burning mechanism will continue to have a deflationary effect on the supply of ETH, where the new issuance will be outweighed by the burn. This will be very attractive to insto investors who were looking for a store of value outside of $BTC

If you look at ultrasound.money, over 1 million $ETH has been burned since the upgrade was implemented. That's over $3 billion worth of ETH! In the last month alone, there has been 132k ETH burned. That's insane. 4,400 $ETH per day. We're still in a bear market 🤯
