    Enormous respect for - takes a lot of courage and an upright conscience to do what he did. He also alluded to being profoundly religious and this is exactly how religion should guide us and not be used for political gain, as it often is.

    This isn’t true. Many American Muslims may be looking at foreign policy issues more than the other voters. But it isn’t limited to Israel-Palestine. Bernie’s FP appeals on several other fronts too, even as his economic prescriptions are unrealistic.

    American Muslims are single issue voters: Israel/Palestine. The most pro-Palestinian candidate will always get their collective vote, which bit us in the ass when we voted in a block for GW as the anti-Leiberman candidate. It's time to think bigger and broader than one issue.

    The glitch is that’s not what Bajwa and Faiz we’re trying to do. They’ll play ball with anyone who plays ball with them. It’s a vicious cycle which denies millions organic true representation.

    Our generations will pay the price of the back door deals pmln & ppp have ALWAYS done with the army These families wont change their ways. I now think Bajwa and Faiz were right in trying to get Pakistan rid of these families. I hope the project continues...

    The last time when Ayub put students behind bars under sedition laws was 1962. Before that the British used this law to oppress freedom fighters. Pak state is no different than colonial masters if it treats students like Alamgir as traitors.

    Well, if taken in conjunction with ’s report on PML-N’s back door negotiations is this IK’s way of asserting himself?

    IK does it again. Says in Malaysia that he was wrong to not attend the summit in Kuala Lumpur because he was misled by friends that the gathering would divide the ummah. Says he will definitely attend next year. Who advises our PM & allows him to make these embarrassing gaffes?
