What does that equate to long term? The total gas consumption of a weekend across America. Two cent less for five days......cut imbedded taxes on gas and fuels.

Damn good thing the previous admin was too incompetent to know the strategic oil reserve existed or it would all be gone by now!

Does this really work with tax dollars? There is something about government supplements that I don't trust truly hits the mark.
