We need to stop thinking that Trump is controlling our government. He is not. The current game plan has been written by Barr and Pompeo. They are in charge now and are far smarter and capable of doing much greater harm to our Democracy.

Article 2 of the Constitution gives Congress the power to choose a date. In 1845 they chose the 1st Tu after the 1st Mon in Nov. If they want they can change that to any date. So, the questions really is, "Does CONGRESS want to delay the elections?"
