@JoeBiden Please reconsider this position. Your "reform" platform is a weak interpretation of defunding. And "reform" is a word many of us get promised, and it usually not delivered.

Defunding literally means to take part of the money the police department uses to militarize their force and place it towards better training, screening & invest in community programs to aid in better policing.
