It is not a doctored film. Unless the live conference that I watched was faked. Which it was not. Acosta assaulted the WH staffer and should be arrested.

No he didn't. He said something that Trump didn't like so Trump suspended his credentials. But if you want to keep believing 2+2=5 then go right ahead.
-
I saw it live too. The media denial is strong.
-
Same here. He was willing to shove the intern away to keep a mic - which belonged to the White House, not him. Perhaps the biggest mistake was giving him the mic in the first place.

The desperation is palpable these days. Come on, WH peeps. Recapture your dignity.
-
Amen Donna, anyone who saw it live knows exactly what happened. My God, just when you think the bar can't possibly get any lower, tomorrow happens.

Biased much
@axios? Those of us who watched it live can attest to the fact that it was not "doctored". Reporting like this proves Trump's point - the press is the enemy of the people. -
watched it live as well & couldn't believe he wasn't immediately escorted out of the room by security...his antics have continued to escalate because he has gotten away with it....any parent knows you don't reward bad behavior....must set example for rest of press corp to follow!

Stop defending someone who clearly in the CSPAN video has him choping her arm. It clear as day so why play like it didnt happen. The look on her face says it all.

2+2=5. The press secretary is lying to us.
-
BS, I watched it live. No criminal behavior, but
@Acosta was "tantruming" yet again. Apology needed to the young intern. His behavior was unacceptable. I would have had him escorted from the Pentagon when I was Director of the Press Office there in the Clinton 1st term. -
For asking questions? This is America, not Venezuela. Acosta’s a drama queen but he’d look foolish if he kept asking questions and everyone just ignored him. Instead of responding and snapping and trying to grab his mic.
-
For asking question? Of course not, you (insert derisive term here). For touching the intern. That's just unacceptable. And also because
@Acosta is simply smarmy... Reminds me of that got who always needed a wedgie and never had the satisfaction of having that experience...
