Repeal of Safe-T Act will not stem violence as long as Kim Foxx’s political agenda is more important to her than victims of violent criminals. She doesn’t prosecute and insists on releasing under pre-trial release prog. As Mayor, I will use City “Home Rule” powers to bypass Foxx.
