    for instance, going on dog walks or dog parks with sousuke always relieves stress or anxiety for me, but i can't ways recommend people to just get a random dog and do the same? you're going to have to eventually find what works best for YOU.

    just bc you think one method is "wrong and shouldn't be spread around" doesn't mean it hasn't actually worked for other people. but its your responsibility on how you digest information, especially from a non-professional

    for any "posts" you see made by regular people online on how to deal with anxiety and mental illness should ALWAYS be taken as a grain of salt. people don't make them just bc its "the best way", they made it bc it works for THEM.

    as depression isn’t easily understood, it’s quite irresponsible to just say “depression improved my art”. while it may be true that powerful emotions make for powerful muses for art sometimes, let’s encourage taking care of ourselves first and foremost.
