What kind of bugs go unfixed? Do you think companies have an incentive not to fix something?

..there should be ratings and reviews on HackerOne (for example)? Any other ideas that'd make it better?

Ratings are bad because bad researchers can rate low on issues where they simply don't agree

And bad program holders can rate low on issues they just don't understand...
