I'm trying to develop a tech leadership style that's about asking really good questions and building a deep understanding of ideas instead of always having the Right Answers and it's interesting!
So I need to understand how to reconcile this with my (largely positive) impression that at Etsy, there was the One True Architecture blessed by @kellan and you didn't spend time worrying about other tech choices unless it really, really didn't fit your problem.
