No, that’s Victor Borge. The Borges were a powerful family in Renaissance Italy and the subject of a Showtime TV show.

No, that's The Borgias. The Borges is the 4th largest city in Bulgaria, where Bulgaria's main airport for the Black Sea resorts can be found. Bulgarian doesn't use "the" and "a", so someone's translated a little oddly there.
