@EricaJoy subset of people who have access to startup capital should not be the only ones who can take advantage of "team hiring" leverage. -
@EricaJoy and our hope is that the signal boost of having teammates vouch for you helps you get noticed if you have an unusual profile. -
@EricaJoy we might turn out to be wrong, and this might not turn out to do what we hope. But that's what we're hoping and watching for.
