@b0rk@avibryant Capitalization Table, says who owns what pieces of the company and on what terms. If company going down gutter, cap table / -
@b0rk@avibryant will be "wiped" and reset midflight, including vesting, terms, ownership %s. Seeing cap table is becoming more common. -
@b0rk@avibryant Generally it's represented as an Excel spreadsheet (or eShares, which I've heard is fairly terrible). -
