@cdixon I don't buy it. You can run a fridge for a day or an oven for an hour on the energy it takes to drive a very efficient car 1 mile. -
@cdixon I can totally believe that in ultra-dense cities, centralizing food production is energy-efficient, but driving around LA? C'mon.
