has anyone researched caffeine consumption patterns that maximizes benefits and minimizes tolerance and dependence?

@avibryant I've found dependency has challenges even given an unlimited supply. eg it is hard to consume caffeine while sleeping -

@snoble@avibryant: yep! I try to skip 2-3 days per week, and schedule permitting drop in a nap in that critical afternoon slot -
