FYI: making people sitting alone in separate rooms w/totally different recording rigs sound natural and "live" on a podcast is kind of hard.

@avibryant@rcoder I’ve found I’ve gotten gradually better at getting the flow of it over Skype, picking the moments to break in or join in. -
@atduskgreg@avibryant: some of the "good habits" you learn in normal conf calls (mute when not speaking, leave pauses, etc.) actually hurt -
@rcoder@avibryant Exactly. You gotta listen for people winding down and jump in early to keep it lively and account for lag.
